Task 1: Typing Warm- Up (10 mins/3 tests)
GOAL: 70 minutes / 21 (one minute) tests

Task 2: Managing Files in OneDrive (Last Class)
If you were absent, this was supposed to be made up before this class.
Students will watch three short video tutorials.
Each Video is 3 minutes or less.
Task 3: Creating a Class Folder in One Drive
Students will follow the 7 step process listed in Task 3 to create a Folder in One Drive.
Following this, students should sort through files in One Drive to organize and clean out their One Drive account.
Task 4: Teacher Guided Lesson
Downloading a File to a Network Drive
Saving a Downloaded File to a specific folder.
(This is prep work for next class.)
Task 5: Educational Downtime (NO PHONES)
Task 1: Typing.com Warm Up
Step 1: Three 1 minute Typing Tests
Step 2: 10 minutes of Lesson Drills
Step 3: Scroll down to Task 2 & Read Grading Policy.
Activity Goal: 70 minutes and 21 Typing Tests
If you do not have 70 minutes and 21 tests as of the end of class today, you are At Risk of Failure.

Task 3: Create a Folder in OneDrive
Directions for this task are below the picture, scroll down.
Before vacation, Ms. Brown demonstrated moving a file from one folder to another
(toggling between windows).
Windows Key is pictured below...
Follow these steps below. Ask for help as needed.
1. Log into your school email account.
3. Click the New Button (See Below).
4. Click Folder & Name this Folder Comp Apps.
5. Call MS. Brown over to see your folder in One Drive.
6. Now you will sort through FILES in One Drive.
Delete, rename, and create folders in One Drive to organize and clean out your One Drive account.

I M P O R T A N T I N F O
This Comp Apps, One Drive Folder will only be used if YOU choose to Work from Home to catch up.
All finished & final work must be saved to your Class Folder on the H:/Drive.
Previously, (before break), this was demonstrated.

Task 4: Downloading a File
OBJECTIVE: Students will download a file from the teachers web page and save this file to their COMP APPS Class Folder created on the BPS Network Drive.
Students will save this file to the WORD Folder found inside of the class folder.
Ms. Brown will demonstrate how to save to your Class Folder!
Task 5: Ed. Downtime / Break
After watching the three short videos, you can have Educational Downtime
while we wait for others to finish.
