Using proofing tools of MS Word to improve your writing skills.
OBJECTIVE 1:
Students will review the use of the Thesaurus (Synonym & Antonym Finder Tools. Using these tools offer the user a word with equivalent, same meaning (synonyms) or opposite (antonyms) meaning. This provides the user with the skills needed to type (write/author), edit and expand their written vocabulary.
OBJECTIVE 2:
Students will review the use of Proofing Tools in MS Word, a methods that will assist them in improving their writing and word processing skills.

- Antonyms that cannot be located in MS Word can be found on line using and an On-Line Thesaurus (Ex. thesaurus.com)
1. Download and Save this File to the Word Folder:

3. Click File,
4. Click Save AS,
5. Click Browse,
6. Click Desktop,
7. Click My Drive,
8. Open the Comp Apps Folder,
9. Open the Word Folder,
10. SAVE this file to your WORD Folder.
